Terms of Use

FASQu:

1. It hosts in its database the hypertext links made by experts to online resources with describing-annotation, which includes a brief headline and more elaborate description of the page, on which will be implemented referring, as well as a relevant to it and formulated by experts queries by which the FASQu makes searches of relevant links in its database and provide to it the access of the general browser programs (internet browsers) in the sequence is directly related to the descending order of experts ranking. 2. It is taking into account the contribution of each expert’s to content the database on the specified criteria, such as:
   • Number of added links to various websites;
   • Quality of descriptions for pages;
   • Accordance of queries to content of the page, on which the link referrers by every request (relevance);
   • Checking the quality of the work of other experts;
   • Participation in the extend of expert community;
   • Definition of the semantic similarity of the various inquiries;
   • By other criteria that could be useful in the development of the project

3. It regularly calculates the ranking for each expert by algorithm that takes into account the contribution of expert, under paragraph 2 of these terms and publishes it in the public access in the Internet;
4. It reserves the right at any time to change the algorithm, calculated in accordance with paragraph 3 of the Terms, with immediate notification to the expert community. The procedure and the form of notices will be agreed with the expert community;
5. In adding the addresses of internet resources with their descriptions, it doesn’t discriminate everything what is available in the Internet to any users. It is not taking the role of regulators and experts in the evaluation of various resources (such as content, which is obscene to anyone’s assessment, or placed in violation of copyright or other rights of those or other subjects) and addresses such assessments and possible counteraction of the improper placement of any kind of materials to competent authorities, who have an opportunity to provide the necessary resistance to the limits of their powers, and it can be serve for them only as a source of information for possible action; Comments to this paragraph »
6. It use the information provided in the registration of an expert in order to meet the obligations arising from these conditions and gives it to the third parties only by court order, which is applied in legal force.

Experts:

1. They do the filling of the FASQu database;
2. They make actions to control the quality of work, which is made by other experts;
3. They take responsibility for placement of their links to those jurisdictions, which require them to follow the law in respect of their citizen liability and residence; Comments to this paragraph »
4. Independently from the FASQu and without any control from it, they develop their relations with owners of those resources on which they add links and they have rights to do their work for free or take any remuneration in any appropriate form with any amount, which they will confirm with a client.
